”For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth…I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts. The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine, saith the LORD of hosts.” Haggai 2:6-8
Last month was glorious! We punished the devil by just praising the LORD, singing, shouting, and dancing Hallelujah to the LORD. I can hear heaven saying, “Yes, that’s how to do it, ride on My children.” Outstanding miracles and testimonies awaits you and yours, in Jesus’ Name. I welcome you to the month of new beginning where we shall experience a new wave of being transformed from one wave of glory to the other, in Jesus’ mighty Name.
New Wave of Glory: What Is It?
A wave is described as any surge or progressing movement resembling a pulse. It is a swell or rush of emotion or feeling sweeping over a person, like the move of the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer. Life is in phases and levels. Glory moves with levels of life. “There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for one star differeth from another star in glory.” 1 Corinthians 15:41. There is a glory that is associated with where you are at your present level in life. There is new wave of glory at the next level of life.
New Wave of Glory: Who Needs It?
Anyone who desperately needs the new wave of glory is the one who has stayed too long at a spot in life – the avowed victim of the status quo. Anyone who wants to ascend the continuous ladder of progress daily, constantly, steadily until God calls him/her into glory or Christ appears to take him/her home. “And the LORD spake unto me saying, ye have compassed this mountain long enough: turn you northward.”Deuteronomy 2:2-3.The destructive force that is contending with the new wave of glory in a man’s life is the force of the status quo. It keeps a man perpetually where he is forbidden and restrained from moving forward or making progress, maintain a status quo. The force of the status quo ties destinies down, making every effort to advance in life abortive. The affected person cannot experience the new wave of glory.
COMMANDING KEYS OF THE NEW WAVE OF GLORY
One does not break loose from the status quo with ease, one does not access the new wave of glory by accident or by chance. Accidents do not take place in the realm of the spirit. One does not walk into breakthroughs in life, rather one stretches into it. A lawyer came to Jesus and asked: “what shall I do that I might inherit eternal life?”Luke 10:25; “The lepers in the days of famine in Samaria asked themselves, why sit we here until we die?”2 Kings 7:3.Until the right questions are asked, the way out of the land of the status quo is not opened to man. There is always a what-to-do to be who you should be in life. Until you know and do what you should do, you do not leave where you are, and you do not become who you should be in life. To access the new wave of glory, the following five keys will open the door for you:
- THE 1st KEY IS DIVINE TRANSFORMATION
“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable and perfect will of God” Romans 12:2. When you dwell on the word of God, beholding and meditating in the word, you begin to feed on His Presence and begin to breathe in His Glory. This initiates the experience of a divine change and transformation into God’s order of life. As one’s thoughts begin to align with God’s word, one’s mind begins to experience a divine renewal until the Adamic or carnal mind becomes the mind of Christ. At that realm, nothing is impossible to the fellow. One’s word becomes the word of God, and one’s efforts begin to command God’s results on the earth. An addiction to God’s word therefore opens the door into the new wave of glory.
- THE 2nd KEY IS DIVINE CONNECTION TO DESTINY HELPERS
‘’And the shepherds came and drove them away: but Moses stood up and helped them and watered their flock” Exodus 2:17. Divine connection to destiny helpers is another vital key that opens the door of the new wave of glory unto a man in life. No one remains a soloist, a lone ranger, a self-lifter and fulfils destiny in the journey of life. Whatsoever a man needs in life is in the hands of someone. Until there is a connection to that person, coupled with the power to receive, the man’s labors and search become endless in life. Access into the new wave of glory is the answer to divine connection to helpers of destiny on the earth.
- The 3rd KEY IS DIVINE DIRECTION
“And the LORD spake unto me saying, you have compassed this mountain long enough, turn you northward” Deuteronomy 2:2-3. Divine direction is the master and destroyer of status quo. Divine direction and divine backing are companions in the journey unto success and breakthrough in life. Whatsoever God has directed, He will back up, for He cannot deny Himself. He is too faithful to fail. The mystery of divine direction was exemplified in the lives of the Israelites.It was divine direction that terminated the thirty-eight years of circular movements for the children of Israel by the mountain of Kadesh Barnea on their way to the Promised Land (Deuteronomy 2:14, 2: 2-3, 1:6-8). But for divine direction, they would not have accessed the Promised Land. If you are moving or laboring contrary to the direction of the winds of life, you will not see results, and the door of next level will refuse to open for you. Be sensitive to divine signals and accessible to divine instructions and directions. When God says move, move!
- THE 4th KEY IS DIVINE CONTENTION
“And it came to pass in process of time that the king of Egypt died: and the children of Israel sighed by reason of the bondage, and they cried, and their cry came up unto God by reason of the bondage. And God heard their groaning, and God remembered His covenant with Abraham, with Isaac and with Jacob. And God looked upon the children of Israel, and God had respect unto them” Exodus 2:23-25. The generations of the children of Israel were at a spot in the land of afflictions and oppressions for 430 years. That is destructive stagnation. The battle of life is real. When there is suffering for no just cause, a battle is in place. Champions who enjoy new waves of glory do not avoid battles; they fight them. There are certain forces that have vowed never to see you access your next level in life. They are committed to seeing you end your life where you are. You need to contend with them in battle to access your new wave of glory in life. Deuteronomy 2:24,” Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the river Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.”
- THE 5th KEY IS DIVINE EMPOWERMENT:
“But my horn shalt Thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil” Psalm 92:10. Fresh oil is your authentic guarantee for accessing your new wave of glory in life. The oil provokes the presence of the Holy Spirit. 1 Samuel 16:13, “ Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah.” Every level a man wants to reach in life requires fresh oil to carry him there. Fresh oil will generate divine, empowerment for accessing the next level for contact with greater glory.
PROOF PRODUCERS OF A NEW WAVE OF GLORY:
“And Joseph was the governor over the land, and he it was that sold to all the people of the land: and Joseph’s brethren came, and bowed down themselves before him with his faces to the earth… And Joseph knew his brethren, but they knew not him” Genesis 42:6,8. “And Joseph said unto his brethren, I am Joseph: doth my father yet live? And his brethren could not answer him: for they were troubled at his presence” Genesis 45:3. “And ye shall tell my father of all my glory in Egypt, and of all that ye have seen and ye shall haste and bring down my father hither” Genesis 45:13. “If a man dies, shall be live again? All the days of my appointed time will I wait till my change come” Job 14:14.
The proof or evidence of the new wave of glory in a man’s life is constant change. From being a boy with the coat of many colors – a level of glory; to being the lead servant in Potiphar’s house – another level of glory. To being in charge of prisoners, encouraging the baker and the butler – another wave of glory, to finally being decorated with fine linen, a gold ring and riding on the second most prized horse of Egypt is a different level of glory to his brothers bowing down to him. These are waves of glory that Joseph enjoyed as a bonafide, sanctified vessel in the hand of the LORD. Those who produce proof of the greater glory have the ease of command of continuous change as the journey of their lives continues. Positive change is constant and normal with them – moving from one level of glory to the next wave of glory that God has purchased for all his blood-bought children.
Example and Conclusion: Joseph was a great example of riding on the new wave of glory: His father’s children could not recognize him. Even Benjamin, who came from the same womb with him, could not recognize him for the tremendous change that had happened to him within the short period that they had separated. But he {Joseph} recognized them because they had not changed but he was riding on a new wave of glory. They were still who they were and where they were before their separation. By the time Joseph revealed to them that he was Joseph, the Bible says they were speechless and troubled at his presence.
How do you know a man who is riding on the wave of new glory? The man will be experiencing constant positive change as his days increase on the earth. This is the case with people like Joseph, Daniel, our LORD Jesus Christ, and a host of others in both the Bible and contemporary days. These are the days of greater glory and a new wave of glory producing tangible fruits that the world can see and testify of because they are impacting their generation for Christ. May your destiny be among this group as from today, in Jesus’ mighty Name! Amen.
PRAYERS:
- Thank You, Master for another month of a new beginning. Thank You for the programmed greater new level of glory destined for Your children.
- Thank You, Almighty God of heaven, for You have promised to give all-round victory over every storm that is troubling the ocean of my life and tampering with my new wave of glory.
- LORD, restore my former glory. Whatever is mine, I take back, in Jesus’ Name. Let me glorify You as I daily walk with You, in Jesus’ Name.
- Father, strip me of every filthy garment put on me by the devil and set it ablaze, in Jesus’ Name. LORD, I thank You that You are my Advocate in every matter of accusation the devil brings up against me before the Father. (Romans 8:34).
- Father, put on me again the crown of glory and honor, in Jesus’ Name. No more shame, embarrassment, dishonor, or stigma, in Jesus’ Name. As from today, I, and not another, will occupy the seat of honor and glory meant for me, in Jesus’ Name.
- I reject the spirit of and the desire for sin and all willful disobedience to God’s Word that results in poverty, lack, and insufficiency, in Jesus’ Name.
- Every wealth of mine locked up in the enemy’s stronghold is broken free today by the fire of the Holy Ghost, in Jesus’ Name.
- Father, wherever I have been plucked out of the source of my fulfilment in life, put me back in place, in Jesus’ Name.
- Father, forgive me of all my sins and clothe me with a new raiment, in Jesus’ Name.
